About Us

The CBA is managed by a 9-member executive board, which includes our President, Vice-President and General Counsel. An 18-member Board of Directors directs sub-committees that manage Connecticut`s Emergency Alert System (EAS) and AMBER Alert program, and bring together executives and engineers from law enforcement, telecommunications and the cable industry to evaluate, improve, and manage important aspects of public safety.
