Non-Commercial Sustaining Annoucements

What is the NCSA Program?

The NCSA program is a public awareness partnership between CBA radio and television stations and community groups across the state. This program, which has been in service for more than 20 years, is available to government agencies and non-profit organizations whose advertising funds are limited. These organizations make a grant of funds to the CBA in exchange for spots on Connecticut radio and television.

Television or radio announcements provided by the NCSA partner are distributed to stations across the state and broadcasters are asked to run the announcements voluntarily on an “as available” basis. Monthly performance affidavits are provided to the PEP client.

The CBA is the only organization in the state that can provide the NCSA program and is a sole source provided.
